We have had a so-called clean bench at our disposal since 2021. This laminar air flow unit (cross flow) makes it possible to package your labels in a clean environment. This allows Back Stickers to package your order in a conditioned environment where any particles are removed. Our process complies with at least class 5 according to NEN-EN-ISO 14644-1. This service has been available since early 2021. Our customers then unpack these products in their cleanroom so that no unnecessary particles are transferred to this room.
The operation of the unit is based on the principle of the laminar air flow technique. The airflow moves through the workspace from back to front and blows out horizontally at the front. Particles released into the workspace are carried away from the critical area by the airflow. This creates a dust- and germ-free environment. This environment meets at least class 5 according to NEN-EN-ISO 14644-1.
